About Me

I'm a former ballet teacher who always considered myself an artist first and foremost.

When my knees gave out, I went to art school in Milwaukee, and then to grad school in NYC. I lived there 5 years, was an artist's assistant, painted murals, and then eventually returned to the midwest...

Now I paint murals here, as well as a lot of other kinds of painting.

About two years ago, I rediscovered crafts and sewing, which I had always done, and took for granted.

These days I split my time between painting and toy making.
